Building a Base Underwater

Ever since Foundations came out, I've always wondered if it'd be possible to build a base underwater. By default the base rooms do not spawn underwater but by using the Build Anywhere Mod (if that's still a thing), perhaps we could try it!

Just a thought, maybe it's already been done.
