Steam continues to display games which were permanently removed from library on store's new suggestion bar.

For example, I'm viewing Hollow Knight on store, the new suggestion bar entitled "Is this game relevant to you?" displays Defy Gravity Extended as "Similar to games you've played:". I removed this game from my library permanently using options on support section.

I have a reasonable objection for being associated with any given game that I long decided to remove from library, it's rather inconvenient to have these library removed games still displayed on suggestion bar. I'd like to only see similiar games that are still on my library, only then it'd be helpful as intended.
