How to deal with MO urges?

So I relapsed this morning, dealing with MO urges is just so hard for me. Ofcourse porn is the biggest problem and I am holding up well by blocking all porn sites and not doing anything that relates to porn. However, dealing with MO urges is insanely hard for me... Any tips for dealing with it?

P.S I'm 17, so my "level of hornyness" is pretty high
