Upgrading boot ssd drive

Hi I use a 60gb SSD drive for windows applications and a 1tb for general storage etc. However I need to install a program for uni that is 20gb and as such I could do with a bigger SSD.

Can I simply copy and paste the current SSD onto the new one. Install the new one in the old one's bay and carry on?
