Assetto server Max clients?

So basically, i'm trying to set up a small server for me and my friends. I did all the port forwarding and other stuff. I understand there are 2 ways to start up the server.

1. with the Assetto Corsa Server Manager
2. acServer.exe

when i start the server with the server manager, i can connect and play just fine. Only the max clients is set to 2... And i don't see any option in the shitty interface that can change that.

So i did a google and find out that you can change the server_cfg.ini. So i did and restarted the server via the server manager. But it still says 2.

When i start the server with the acServer.exe, it works like how i wanted it to. 20 clients max. But now i can't connect to the stupid thing..
