Snorlax vs Litten?

I'm grinding out support candies I'm Expert League 3 now and I have maxed out Rowlett, Meowth, Pikachu, and Piplup. My Snorlax and Litten are both rank 2, and I'm about 75 with all of my trainings and foods. Which one is worth investing in more?
