Annoying chat bug that prevents me from moving.

It's as simple as it sounds. I type anything in any of the chat windows (world, area, group), and then my player can't move after I send the message. I can look only look around. I also can't duck, crouch or equip/unequip weapons. The only thing that lets me move again is clicking, and it's often wasted me precious ammo. Waiting several seconds works too.

Has anyone else encountered this problem before? If it helps, I don't change my key binds. They are all default.
