Katsukity 3ds viewer ERROR

"the-application-was-unable-to-start-correctly-(0xc000007b)-click-ok-to-close-the-application" No matter what i do, this message keeps coming up when i try to open Katsukity's 3DS viewer application. I've emailed them many times. They always reply with "download the C++". I have. Multiple times. Multiple different ones... It's not that. Help me please..
