Weird love triangle, (me 15 M, crush 14 f, other dude 15 m)

tl:dr Im in a love triangle what should i do

So me and a friend (the other dude in the title) have a crush on the same girl. She hasn't said she likes either of us (but i dont think we've asked either)

We are in the same social group, looking at real life interactions you would say my friend and her are in a relationship but looking at online activites (both public and private) you would think me and her are having a relationship

Ive known her for 2 years and i think he's known her for at least 2 years but maybe even 3.

The weirdest thing is, my friend is shipped by the other people in our social group with my crush but he gets annoyed. Like actually annoyed, i know he isn't faking it cause he's told me in private and i know he has a crush on her so he doesn't have to pretend (also he isn't the type that lies)

While he definitely likes her, he seems to not be going for it (or there is a low chance he has and was rejected)

What should i do?

Also, just stating this, there is a chance that both of us have been friend-zoned.
