Stopping Big Mom

Big Mom as we know so far is in fact...a terrible mom, in the traditional sense. She uses her children to the point of having weddings for her own personal gains, she disposes of her kids' fathers, she forces herself to be fed constantly, etc. etc.

As we can see from her flashback, Charlotte Linlin was a child who was abandoned at youth and unknowingly killed all her friends and her surrogate mother. From there she developed a relationship with Streusen and started her road to becoming a Yonkou which involved food based rampages and mass births.

We also get the sense of insane fear of Big Mom from her own children. We see her children do her bidding out of fear from the first group of children who try to suppress her rampage, to the anecdotes from Charlotte Brulee, all the way to the fear in Katakuri during the ambush at the party. We really see how her children's insane fear of her even after having grown up around her, been loyal to her, and carry bounties over 1bil. Early on, we see her kill one of her sons, then we hear about how she feels about Lola, we get the snippet about Pudding from her memory, etc. It really gives this feeling of Big Mom being a tyrant.

Now my thoughts are what if Big Mom's kids never have talked back to her. They see her in her rampages killing off even the other kids (to which she seems to lose memory of) and stealing the souls of people, and that could inhibit them from talking back to her. Not all her kids know her past and so it could really explain that they don't actually really know Charlotte Linlin, they just know this "Big Mom" yonkou mother figure they have.

It would make sense that if Big Mom started to attack her own family (perhaps Capone Bege's kid, Charlotte Brulee, Pudding, or what have you), that they might try and reason with her and eventually stand up to her. This would cause a domino effect from other family members and Big Mom would break into a crying fit (unlike her to her children but something we have seen from the flashback). Then she could perhaps "cool down" and reassess her relationships with her kids as a turning point in her life. Seeing that she was an abandoned kid with no family who always tried to fit in and now she has this whole kingdom of followers and family and she should be happy and focused on her kids (even Whitebeard cared for his "kids").

This would take some pressure off this escalated situation currently. It would give the SH time to really settle into WCI and prepare for heading off. Having Germa still connected to WCI, gives development for the Vinsmokes and Sanji post this fight also. The only problem group I would consider is Capone Bege and his crew as he set out to kill Big Mom and would probably still want to, but in his state, I don't see him having much choice. Also a Yonkou is a yonkou, Capone Bege might be willing to shift sights onto Kaido.

I am pretty tired and just wanted to throw this idea out there and here your thoughts. I am quite interested in seeing how people think the SH will escape so I am really looking for solid criticism and counter-theories to either abandon this one and adopt, or to strengthen this one.
