Vastly different printing temps/speeds required for same brand filament?

Discussion

On week one of my 3D printing journey. I was curious if it was common to see a wide range is printing settings required for from the same brand. For example, I picked up some Toner-Plastics (u/TonerPlastics) PLA in electric blue and ocean blue. One prints beautifully at 195 and 50mm/s and the other I had to crank up to 230 and slow down to 30mm/s to not lead to under extrusion.

Along the same lines, how does everyone keep track of the different printer settings needed to get the best result out of the various filaments?
