Soldier dueling advice?

Hey All, Been doing pretty well with Soldier, but my main two problems are duels against Pharah and Genji. Any advice for coming out on top? Pharah is honestly the bigger problem considering it is kinda my job to kill her and I end up getting my ass beat. Thanks!
