dropped weapons disappearing ?

why does player dropped weapons disappear ? just because last alive team member kited for 5 minutes shouldnt mean i lose my most valuable weapon . which isnt even the case all the time . sometimes it just drops a random weapon rather than the most expensive which fucks you even more
