Craigslist Woes, any advice?

Hi all. I've been using Craigslist to advertise (escort/massage) with good success. I'm on a number of other sites and platforms too, but honestly where I'm located there's no traffic anywhere but from CL. Starting about two days ago, all my adverts are instantly deleted upon posting. I don't think it's a user flagging bc it happens so fast, and my adverts aren't explicit at all. I've created a new account but the same thing happened immediately. Any ideas?
