New to Gwent - Looking for Advice

Hey guys, I am really new to Gwent and enjoy it a lot. After beating the Solo Player Challenges with the Starter Decks, I tried to beat some real people with some success ... first.

Sometimes the matches are close and sometimes I just get facerolled by "here are 22 stats per turn"-guys with some serious cards.

All in all I tried to grind for the first two dayly quests, but I just don't have the time to do so (or even just the first) every day because of work.

Yesterday I saw the news on Gwent that a lot of cards were nerfed and I can mill them for the whole refund! That's why I spent some money (40 packs) to improve my gaming experience. Even though money-bought packs don't feel as fulfilling, I have a lot of scraps to spent (about 6k) (i picked every time the cards I can mill for maximum value).

My problem is: I have little to no oversight of the really good decks and cards to craf ... or the game in general.

Is there a guide that says me, what golds are safe to craft (even after the patch)?

What websites tell me good decks I can try to go for? Any proplayers I can follow, learn and copy decks from?

Are there especially fun decks that use all the cards from its deck? (If I craft cards, I want to use all of them without fillers!)

If I start crafting cards, it is for sure better to start with gold or silver cards for every fraction, just in case I switch the fraction I want to play. Or are the fraction gold cards superior to the general ones?

At the moment I play a varied Starter Monster Deck (with frost). Dwarfs look interesting - especially the whole green fraction looks cool. Maybe any suggestions there?

I am sorry for mistakes in my text, I am not a native speaker. Additionally I hope that my questions are not too stupid. I am still learning everything but have a hard time investing enough time into the game to learn it as fast as I wanted to.

I'm looking forward to your answers. Thanks a lot!
