What is the file/entry concerning not remembering history in the firefox settings files?

I recently found out you can change the port marionette listens on for developer settings in prefs.js.

I would like to make a script to automatically create new profiles without having to open the browser and mess with about:config and instead just edit the settings files programatically.

So I am wondering what the relevant entries are for never remember history.
