Denaturalization/Immigration case (USA)
Hi there everyone! I'm gonna get straight to business. This is my case.
My dad was the first one to go to the US. To get my mother and I to the US faster my parents had to change the date on their wedding certificate, thus having to change the date on my birth certificate to go with their new wedding date. As you can probably guess, that wasn't very legal, but at the time it was easy to do in Pakistan. Anyway, last December my dad and I were in Pakistan visiting my mother (my mom was living in Pakistan and my dad and I were in the US), when here my uncle would check our mail and stuff. In the middle of the trip, my uncle sent the pic of this letter. My dad showed it to me and said it was due to the false documents and I have been here since . It's been six months now. Now a little about me:
I'm a gay 15 year old (but my documented date of birth states I’m 14) and my Dad knows that I'm gay. Obviously, traditional Pakistani parents aren't the most accepting and my father can be petty sometimes. There are some things that don't add up to me, so I have a theory that my dad made this whole thing up to keep me in Pakistan to turn me "straight". Recently he told me that the case had been processed and he had been fined $50,000, but on the letter it said the fine was only up to $40,000. Furthermore, he refused to tell me the law firm that represented him and he's been very strict about not letting me talk to the lawyer who was representing him, so obviously I was suspicious. Overall he hasn’t told me very much at all so that’s just further fueled my suspicions. I was also fairly disobedient when I was in the US, like on the day before my flight I had snuck out with my bf to spend the night with him, and he’d found out, but he didn’t know that I knew that he knew. In the past he would of have disciplined me about it or at least would've said something but he didn’t. And I feel like it’s because he had been planning this whole ordeal and knew that Ii would get my punishment soon enough, but then again I could be overthinking it and be in denial.
OK, so my question is do you guys think that the case is genuine? And if the case is real, will I ever be able to come back to the US?
Thank you in advance!
