Is anyone here familiar with Tendai Buddhsim ?

Hi everybody, as a Reiki practitioner I am interested in deepening my "study". Since Reiki is a composition of Tendai Buddhism, Shinto and Shugendo practices I thought it's a good idea to learn more about those, starting with Tendai Buddhism.

any tips, information or pointers in a good direction is much appreciated.
