Odion drop rates are a joke [fluff]

I apologise in advance for this because it's purely a salt post, but I've just passed the 6k black key mark and I STILL don't have 3 recruiters, in fact I've only got 2 because I selected 1 for my prismatic reward. How on earth can over 6000 keys worth of 8k duels not result in him dropping more than 1 recruiter, it's just ludicrous. I know people have said Odion is stingy but is it proven he drops lower than usual or something? Or is it just RNGesus not feeling GK's for me
