I'd like some mods that I can't find. IDK if they exist

Okay, so I have searched the Nexus and this sub and all these either turn up no results or like a million that kind of vaguely fit what I want, but they're so many that I can't check each one. I was wondering if anyone can recommend something. Maybe if what I want is a secondary feature of another mod that didn't turn up in my searches. I only want mods for SSE, or original Skyrim mods that don't require SKSE.

1. Something that lets me use skills like in ESO. No need to equip a spell, instead I can channel the fire through my sword or shield or whatever. Unequip spells almost does it, but not quite

2. Adjust the stance when holding weapons. This is one of those million results ones. Weapons and armour IRL are light as hell. Yet highly trained warriors hunch over when holding two handed weapons. But apparently enormous hammers are light because they're holding the head low and far from their bodies. I remember one youtuber (Skall or Shad I think) modded the stances but I can't find that video or a mod that does it

3. Turn a horse black. I like black horses, but Whiterun's is brown. There was a mod to turn the Windhelm one black and I think Markarth's white but I can't find it. I don't think it required SKSE

4. Does Realistic lighting overhaul affect the Cutting Room Floor content?

5. Anything like SkyUI Solved: I'll use QD Inventory. Thanks u/katalliaan!

6. Something to let me assign more hotkeys for equips. Custom Favourites menu requires that my fav menu be open. What I want to do is swap shouts at the press of a button, swap my shield for a spell (since I doubt my first request can be done without SKSE)

7. Player size/height adjuster. I'm 1.9m IRL. I always used this mod in original Skyrim because it really did feel weird being a different height in first person. Too bad it requires SKSE Having to look up at people is surprisingly unimmersive. I'm going to try this and setscale every time I log in. It'll be a bit tedious, but I think it should work

8. Equalise player and NPC movement speed. I understand it scales with height. I looked at all the mods on Nexus, but they all just speed you up or equalise your speed while slowing you down. I'm open to mods outside the Nexus Solved: Thanks u/happytreedance!

If it's not too much trouble, could you help me check if I need more than just any UNP mod to get these to work? I'm not so great with modding. I can do single mods and sort out load orders okay, but mods that need other mods to work are a severe Achilles heel for me
