Need help deciding between BenQ xl2730z vs AOC Agon AG271QX vs Asus MG279Q

Friend fell in love with PC gaming after getting to play on a beast gaming rig with a BenQ xl2730z monitor. Now building him a PC

I'm trying to get him the best monitor I can. He has told me that his eyes get strained at time while gaming so I am on a mission to get him the best 1440p 144hz monitor for him.

Could you guys help me get my friend not only a monitor that's easy on his eyes but also has an excellent picture ?

I used u/NCX Best 1440p 144hz list

Please point me in the right direction.
