Found blood in saliva after shouting. Is it vocal hemorrhage and is it recoverable?
Yesterday I shouted forcefully then there was blood in saliva. Today I feel my throat a bit tight, and has narrower vocal range, no more blood. If I now raise my volume too much, there will be hoarseness. Is it vocal hemorrhage and will there be permanent damage to my throat? Now I try not to speak and drink a lot of water.
Age: 25 Sex: Male
Thanks in advance!
