Wrong pill, wrong day

Hi, BC! I'm currently on Reclipsen and started week 2 (Friday start) yesterday. During week 1, I accidentally took Sunday's pill on Saturday, leaving me having to take Saturday's on Sunday.

I googled a ton and what I got from it was if my pill is monophasic (which according to the internet my pill is monophasic of all active pills are the same color) then I should be fine. So I had ejaculatory sex on Monday.

I just woke up with moderate/up there cramping.

Should I be concerned?
