Your POV regarding FWB

Hi I'm an ENFP female. Me and my boyfriend who is an INTJ, broke up a month ago. We dated for 2.5 years and loved each other a lot and still love (dunno about him since they are masters of hiding emotions). Usually INTJs are very decisive and want to focus on things one at a time. He recently got really really busy and couldn't give me enough time both emotionally and physically. This made him guilty and didn't want to hurt me anymore. So we broke up. We chose to remain friends and kept talking via texts. 3 weeks later he wished for FWB cause thinking of me still makes him hot. Later when we talked about it over phone he was unsure but he wouldn't mind if I'm up for it. He currently isn't seeing anyone and doesn't wish to see anyone at least for the next 6-7 months. Though a little part of me madly wants him back but I don't have any expectation or hope. My question is when you (INTJ) usually wish to go for FWB, what are the things you have in mind? How do you handle emotions in this scenario?
