What do we do:

For ARMA - ZSU runs coop and PVP based coop missions almost nightly for our growing community and our guests. We often host members from other clans and communities as we run missions most nights. - We dont care where you come from, if you want to jump in a mission and have fun, your welcome to.

While we do host missions basically every night. Our official mission nights are Saturday night and Tuesday night.

How milsim are we:

We would self rate somewhere between casual and milsim. We play it to have fun but we also try to get shit done properly

Mods:

We keep a light mod-set to keep that barrier of entry lower for new folk and those poor players not yet on NBN. As a gaming community we often have players jumping in our ad-hoc missions and having a mod-set below 6GB hosted on our own dedicated server means players are able to more quickly get boots on the ground in game.

What ZSU offers:

ZSU has a well established leadership structure that includes Game Coordinators for various games our community plays, Instructors to assist new players joining in our missions or joining ZSU as clan rep as well as Moderators and Admins. We pride ourselves in being proficient in what we do but also welcoming to new blood.

1. A high performance dedicated server for missons, training and other games we host
2. Teamspeak 3 server hosted on our own hardware
3. Partnered Discord Server
4. Ability to host other gamer servers on our existing dedicated server (Not a VPN)
5. Regular missions with a light mod-set
6. Ongoing training for those who want it
7. No minimum attendance

What we expect:

1. When in mission, you don't fuck about and your don't ruin the mission for everyone else.
2. Listen to your command element

While ZSU is a community of gamers, we do have a clan at our core. You are not required to be a clan member to join us in our missions, however you are expected to follow the same rules set out for ARMA.

How do you join one of our missions:

Jump on our discord and navigate to our ARMA text channel - Post a message there saying you seen our reddit post and your interested in jumping in one of our missions.

Merge

ZSU has a great leadership structure, a community of players playing a variety of games as well as our own infrastructure including a high end dedicated gaming server in a large Aussie data center.

I am interested in hearing from other units who could benefit from our leadership structure, wider community engagement and established infrastructure. Our goal is to continue growth in ARMA including hosting other units through joint ops, growing our community engagement as well as growing our ZSU clan membership in ARMA. If any of this interests you and you'd like to discuss further, jump on our discord and DM me.

Cheers guys
