Am I overreacting? Friend wants to take kid out for the day.

Hey!

So my DH thinks I'm overreacting and being stupid and honestly gets a little irritated at me for hesitating over this.

I have a friend who I've known for about 10 years and he's known for about 15. I went to high school with her, anyway a little backstory...

She is a seriously lovely, giving and caring person but very enthusiastic sometimes for example when I had my son and I told her please don't come to the hospital I don't want you there and what did she do? Came at 7am and stayed in the waiting room all day and then wanted to come in and see the baby even though I wanted everyone to go away and leave me alone.

She's asked multiple times if she can take my son out for the day or to a movie, asked straight out, thrown it out when I've said I'm tired etc. and I always wind around because I just don't know. I don't know why I hesitate or why I want to say no, am I being crazy?

He goes overnights to my mums loads and had sleepovers with friends before, maybe it's because she's not a mum so I don't know if she could?

Idk if I'm being crazy. What do you guys think?

Edit. I did post some additional information but another thing.

Whenever we have group events so adult birthdays ( we are mid 20's at the moment), game nights and general get togethers she always asks if we are bringing him or whines why aren't we bringing him. He usually stays with my mum because as birthday and events tend to dissolve into drinking and dancing parties which is perfectly fine but not something he needs to be exposed too, ditto with adult getaways why would I bring a child with me? How is that a vacation for me if I have to be a parent the whole time.
