Game freezes

My game freezes for several seconds everytime I quicksave/save or go throught a door, anyone got a clue of what can be causing this? I played this game in the past and was always smooth, here is my modlist in case in helps. Thank you. https://gyazo.com/4427510506ece426f47b9df57264ed4f
