Vehicle spawns broken on Monte Grappa operations?

Maybe it's just me, but as attackers in sector 4 I can't spawn a tank. I get the vehicle available icon, the count down will start but at 0 it just says spawn no longer available. I go back, it pops up as available again but on selection it says no longer available. No friendly tanks have spawned in this time, and we have none on the field. Has happened in several games so far.
