Where to buy oculus rift Bundle deals if you are from Baltic States?

Hey

Any ideas where could I buy oculus bundle with promo code, if I'm from Baltic states?

Amazon.co.uk doesnt send rift for some reason, just touch controllers, fr aswell, and amazon.de does not seem to have this deal open...

Any ideas? Thx in advance.
