General PS4 game questions

Hi guys, I would just like to find out a few things regarding the PS4 version of the game:

1. Not sure if I'm overlooking this option, but is there a way to change the color of your crosshairs?
2. I'm not seeing a way to lower the brightness of the game. Its just tab bit too bright
3. Can you purchase new heroes, or do they get unlocked as per the Daily Bonus?
