Ea help

For 3 days now I've been trying to contact ea about changing my club name. I've used every way possible to change it but I've already changed it twice, hence why I've tried to contact them.

Normally on their website they have the live chat option after you put your details in but 3 days ago the live chat option just disappeared.

Has this happened to anyone else?
