Warehouse/manufacturing game 90's to early 00's

An old construction type video game, where you a managed a warehouse and had to build machines to manufacturer products to sell, and hire people to work in the warehouse, it was realistic products and also had a delivery element to it.

The graphics where like an isometric view of the warehouse, not hugely detailed.

I got it as a demo CD with an old PC Gamer magazine. This would of been around 98'-00' Maybe a little earlier.

I always remember this game as being super hard to do anything on and for some reason its always a game i think about, it would probably be nearly 20 years old now.
