Anyone else having issues with the latest Windows 10 update?

I'm getting flickering screens, update & security is inactive in the settings menu, getting either a black screen or just that circle spinning thing goes on forever and i can't turn off my laptop properly. And the worst part is i can't go back to the old update since the old version isn't on my laptop. I'm desperate here since i got work on monday

EDIT: I regard this as fixed now. No more issues when i woke up today and turned on my PC. I was about to go nuts because of this. Now i can work and drink my coffee as a happy man this sunday
