Leatrix Latency Fix

Hello. Im having a hard time with lagging on EUNE for a week long now, and nothing seems to help. My internet is fine, my ping everywhere else is fine, its just on League. I found this program called Leatrix Latency Fix, but im wondering if i can use it without my account getting banned or something. Help!
