Would you kindly prepare a character for me?

Hi. I've been thinking for years (from time to time, but still) of my next character. Since PoE2 is looming on the horizon, I decided to ask you for help as I lack some knowledge of the game to create my char on my own. What I want it to be:

• it must be able to pass all the skill checks that require Perception, Resolve and Intelligence - either only by stats or by using food and rest bonuses. Perhaps the second option is better as it makes me able to spend more points somewhere else.

• at least to be decent in battle. I mean, in my previous games I made a warrior that was pretty tanky but not enough to tank the toughest monsters. While it was talkative (and totally boring, yeah) it couldn't deal any damage. Like at all.

• my favourite classes are cipher and chanter, the first one because of RP and the second one because of pure fun. Is it possible to make them useful considering aforementioned requirements?

• If not a cipher or a chanter, perhaps a paladin?

• I'd love to be a human-size or taller race.

Thanks in advance!
