[Spoilers] First time ever in dark souls death/boss kill log

Hello! So I have never played a Dark Souls game before now, I've seen snippets of my friends streaming the game but that was over a year ago and wasn't very impacting on my run. I was shooting for a goal of 200 deaths before I started. I also constrained myself to never look up almost anything, use any player summons, and what i discovered AI summoning i restricted myself to 1, the only exception was for a guide on how to get a quick spear and what stats to wield it since that is my personal favorite weapon.

I'm post not to show off or anything but I'm curious on feed back on what other things I should log when i head off to Dark Souls 2 and 3. Should i add souls last in double deaths? When I found new areas? Anything idea is on the table! Or any random questions for me if you have them, thanks!
