I wish people didn't care about looks
I was never ugly but I also have never been drop dead gorgeous. I always been just '"cute", well except 7th grade I was really unattractive that year for sure. My mom said I looked dead but that was because I had depression and was sucidal. That was the worst year of my life and also the year I was bullied by almost all my classmates. Everyone thought I was soooo ugly especially the boys. There was this boy who thought I had a crush on him and he would tell his friends about it and he would tell them that I was creepy and obsessed with him. I was made fun of and singled out just because I was quiet and ugly. It wasn't until high school that I no longer wore black oversized jackets and black everything,I stoped putting my hair in a ponytail and my acne cleared up. I wasn't 'ugly' anymore and those same people that would make fun of me were nicer to me. They would talk about my "glow up" and two of the girls that thought this about me seemed happy for me .In general everyone was nicer to me and I think that's BS because I was still the same person the only thing that changed was my clothing. I treat everyone the same no matter what and I wish everyone did the same. Most of my friends are not conventionally beautiful physically but once you get know them they are so beautiful especially my friend Anna, the sweetest girl ever. After the middle school incident it kind of made me bitter, I don't like people.
