Japanese Spitz is aggressive

So recently i got a japanese spitz that's around 3 months old and I'm unsure how to take care of it. Whenever we put it in it's crate, it keeps barking for a few minutes before it stops. And recently it starts biting everything, including my feet, and is it considering play biting? The bite of my feet left a bite mark there.
