Found blood in saliva after shouting. Is it vocal hemorrhage and is it recoverable?

Yesterday I shouted forcefully then there was blood in saliva. Today I feel my throat a bit tight, and has narrower vocal range, no more blood. If I now raise my volume too much, there will be hoarseness. Is it vocal hemorrhage and will there be permanent damage to my throat? Do I need to see a doctor? Now I try to speak as little as possible and drink a lot of water.
