Looking for team advice (xb1 - 730k budget)

So HERE IS MY TEAM i've been playing well lately, and currently in all madden 2nd string.

I'm not sure exactly where to upgrade, i've tried some different CBs, and QBs, and HBs, but my current ones seem the best.

Guess i'm looking for a new FS, but not sure who. I was also thinking of upgrading my Barr, to the easter one.

I play nickel 3-3-5 mostly, and randall is okay, sometimes i move joseph into the 3rd CB spot. I could upgrade there, so would love some suggestions. I've used Bailey in that spot and wasn't impressed.
