8E Transport for Inquisition

I got my Index: Imperium 2 today with plans of starting an Inquisition army. I'm mainly a Tau player so i'm not fully up to date with Inquisition armies, but it looks like there is no transport in 8E that can carry Inquisition units.

Am I missing a transport or is my Inquisitor doomed to walk himself across the battlefield?

Edit: Follow up question, the way the rules read, sounds like the inquisitor has to start the game on foot and then can embark into a transport? I assume I can't assign a dedicated transport for the inquisitor to start the game in?
