Rants and raves for years on the opposition benches, and then tries to pretend he's in opposition while he's part of a government.

• No idea how to handle Olympics controversy
• No idea how to handle transport disputes
• Lazy and tardy appointing people to State boards
• Lazy and tardy about legislation that was needed to try to compete for Rugby World Cup hosting
• Parish pump politics, getting his local Garda station reopened
• Sits at a Cabinet (without protest) that appoints Whelan to Court of Appeal, then tries to backtrack in public when people get mad

He hasn't a clue and is a terrible Minister.
