Gigabyte RMA

Hi, i would like to know your suggestions on what to say to gigabyte rma in order to rise the odds of having my gpu repared o replaced.? its a gtx1060 that i bought from amazon, it wont let me use the pc and when it does i have to see funny stuff all over my screen.
