[CAM 3.3.3] Sync mode timings not actually synced with x62 & Hue+

Hi guys,

Been using the X62 and Hue+ for a while and decided to try out the Sync mode, it seems that the X62 runs a little faster than the Hue+ in most modes.

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could try setting CAM to Sync and Fading mode with a few colors to see if they are perfectly timed or not.
