Should I register for retake before I get scores?

I aim aiming for a 510. My practices were 512,512,512 (AAMC). I feel absolutely horrible about my mcat yesterday and know I bombed cars. Reeeally hoping I got even a 508. Never blanked out that much in practice and I admit nerves destroyed me.

Should I wait until scores come out? But then Id have even lower chances for a seat and the July mcats dont score release until late august...super late in the cycle. I have a 4.0 and okay ECs.
