Strict NAT type after OP Health update

Here's what I've done so far:

Opened all ports for Uplay and R6S as per Ubisoft's website

Disabled UPNP

Firewall OFF in modem/router

R6S and Uplay added to Firewall exceptions

I had NAT type OPEN before the update... so much for OP Health.
