GI Bill BAH

So I started going to college in march of this year, I submitted all the paper work the VA asked for to use my GI Bill, and I opted to use the post 9/11 (chapter 33) instead. I am doing all online classes, that way I can still work full time, and the school I am attending has said that they are receiving the money from my GI Bill however I have not seen a check or some type of email asking for direct deposit info or anything for BAH. I emailed a rep earlier this week for questions and help on this and he just verified that I was eligible, told me how much I would get and then didn't respond after that. I do qualify for the full reimbursement as I put in over 4 years.

Does anyone know what I need to to do to get that started?
