Buses in Astana

I'm going to be visiting Astana at the end of the month for the Expo and I just want to check a couple of points about the bus network.

1. Are Astraplat cards available to use on all routes in the city? The city's website suggests that Astraplat is launching in phases, with Express routes and Urban routes starting to take the cards at different times but I can't tell if this has gone fully live yet.

2. What tickets are available for multiple journeys? Am I right in thinking that I can buy a card pre-loaded with 10 journeys?

3. Can I buy the Astraplat card from the vending machines or are these just for topping up the card? There's a machine a couple of streets away from where I'm staying so it would be a lot easier to use that rather than trekking out to a ticket office.
