how to get rid of lag spikes and freezecam lag in game...

i dont have any problem with arcade and shit except quickplay or comp i always have a problem [fps drop+lag spikes+freezecam lag] these shit are annoying af i cant plyay with 11 players but i have no problem withh arcade...how2fix?boi...
