[QUESTION] How do i fix my phone? I think i screwed up disabling daemons on iCleaner Pro

So I was jailbroken on 10.2, until i decided to upgrade to ios 10.3.2 after a reset using osrestorex. I forgot to re-enable the daemons before i restored my phone and now some of the features on my phone do not work. (e.g. personal hotspot, OTA update, assistive touch) Would a full restore fix this? Help please.
